A Royal Tea is a high tea that includes champagne—now we’re talking! Chef Nitsa Prousalis, who managed the high tea service at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco, will share her knowledge and expertise to help you host the perfect tea. Nitsa will demonstrate savory tea sandwiches and sweet treats and will discuss easy variations for you to try at home. In addition to hot tea, we will also serve some cool drinks from the garden including herbal iced tea and cucumber water. Since we’re at the beautiful Dragonfly Floral Farm at the peak of rose season, every guest will take home a lovely nosegay (petite bouquet) as a memento of the day. Generous samples of each item will be served with teas and champagne.
